Who is responsible?
Lexconsult, company number 0829.891.616, {{STRAAT_NR}}, 8890 Moorslede, Belgium, is the controller of the personal data processed through this website. You can reach me at ac@lexconsult.be.
What data do I process?
When you use the contact form or email me, I process your name and email address and, if you provide them, your company, phone number and the content of your message.
As with any website, my hosting provider records technical data in server logs, such as your IP address, the time of your visit and your browser type. This is used only to keep the website secure and working.
For what purpose and on what basis?
- To answer your question and, if you wish, make you a proposal. This happens at your request, before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To secure the website and prevent abuse, based on my legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
I don't use your data for newsletters or advertising, and I never sell it.
How long do I keep your data?
Messages that don't lead to an engagement are kept for no more than 12 months after our last contact. If your request leads to an engagement, I keep the data for the duration of the engagement and afterwards for as long as legal retention periods, including for accounting, require.
Who receives your data?
Your data is stored with my hosting and email provider one.com, which acts as a processor and processes the data within the European Economic Area. I don't share your data with other third parties unless the law requires me to.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. Fonts are loaded from this website itself, not from external services.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing, object to it and receive it in a portable format. Just email ac@lexconsult.be. I'll respond within one month.
Complaints
If you're not satisfied with how I handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
